Mini Cinnamon Crumb Cups

Crumb cakes are one of my favorite things on earth.  I always say that I could eat the crumbs by themselves because I love them so much.  Can you see where I’m going with this?  Oh no she didn’t?  Um, yes, I did.  I decided to make a crumb cake that skips the cake part.  Don’t get me wrong, cake is yummy, but sometimes a girl just wants the crumb part. These bite size cups are filled with 100% crumbs and topped with miniature cinnamon chips to make them a little more interesting. These doughnut holes are full of great pumpkin spice flavor and covered with cinnamon powdered sugar. Pumpkin Doughnut Holes Recipe (Makes 34 doughnut …

Baked Chili

My husband and I are big fans of chili, especially The Perfect Chili recipe.  I could be partial since it’s a recipe that we created.     😉  That recipe makes a huge batch so it’s an awesome make-ahead meal that reheats wonderfully right out of the freezer.  Besides the obvious bowlful of chili, you can eat it in so many different ways, like on top of a hot dog or a baked potato or stirred into mac n’ cheese.  Which got me thinking…  what’s another way to enjoy chili? This baked chili has layers of pasta, delicious chili, sour cream, provolone, and mozzarella …
