Blueberry Pie for Two

Every summer I make blueberry pie and this year it’s slightly different. Usually I make blueberry pie in the summer and bring it over to a friend or family’s home to enjoy. This way we get to enjoy some delicious pie and leave the leftovers with loved ones. It’s a win win. We’ve been staying home lately because of what’s going on in the world today but I knew that we couldn’t miss out on our annual blueberry pie tradition (especially since my husband has been asking for it for weeks). Pumpkin Pie – Redux

Greetings! Is anyone still in a food coma from Thanksgiving weekend? Are you sick of seeing pie yet? I hope not, because I’m super excited to talk about pumpkin pie today. Raspberry Cheesecake Brownie Pie

Guys, I’m obsessed with this dessert! This dessert is part pie, part brownie, part cheesecake, a touch of raspberry tart, and 100% heavenly. Dark Chocolate Tart with Biscoff Cookie Crust

Guys, I’m so obsessed with this tart and I know that you will be too! I only make a cake or pie when I know that I have a crowd to serve it to.  My husband and I would happily devour it ourselves, but our waistlines would not like that.  So when the holiday hosting season kicks in, I’m excited to try some new desserts. My friends are chocolate lovers, hard core chocolate all the way.  In fact, one of them even said that she wouldn’t mind chocolate for dinner.  No wonder she’s one of my best friends.  😉 I instantly fell …

Mmm Pies

How in the world is Thanksgiving already only two weeks away?  Crazy talk.  We all know that means it’s pie season.  I’ve made a variety of pies over the years and I thought it was high time to showcase them all right here in one nifty spot.  There are a couple items in the list that are barely pies, but they are still delicious. Apple Pie.  This is the only apple pie recipe you’ll ever need because it’s that good.  It’s a family recipe and I make it almost every Fall. Pumpkin Pie.  This pie is THE dessert for Thanksgiving.  …
