This is my husband’s magical way of making eggs so now I hand you over to “Dave’s Egg Corner”… This isn’t an especially magical technique if we’re being honest.  It’s barely even a “recipe” since you’re really just making eggs.  The thing is that like so many of my recipes this is a technique driven by simplicity. I’m going to try not to obsess over these chocolate chip cookie bars.  Well, it’s a plan anyway. How did it get to be August already? Summer feels like it’s flying by.  There’s so much I need to do before I say “hello, Fall.”  Well, now that I think of it I really need to do three things… make our vacation reservations, eat some s’mores, and eat as much corn on the cob as humanly possible. Can someone explain to me how “Taco Tuesday” became a thing?  Yes, folks, this is as serious as it gets for a Monday. Giant Blueberry Hand Pie

Is it bad when your laziness is the inspiration for a recipe? My husband has been after me to make my Strawberry Hand Pies again.  The last crumb of those wasn’t even gone and he was already putting in his request.  That made me happy because I knew I had a real winner of a recipe.
