February 22nd marks the 1st anniversary of my blog (AKA blog-iversary)! After a very busy few months, my husband and I finally found ourselves with no plans on a random Sunday.  Let’s make homemade pizza!  It’s the ultimate comfort food.  Snowy and cold weather = craving for comfort food.  Plus it’s the perfect way to slow down and spend quality time together.  We have a lot of fun in the kitchen and we get awesome pizza out of the deal. Another chocolate chip cookie recipe?  Yes, I’ve gone there (and I’m sure this won’t be the last time).   Would you believe that this is a healthier version though?
