I love when I can take one basic recipe and turn it into a bunch of different dishes. These potatoes are as basic as it gets. I like to make a big batch of these skillet potatoes so that we can have leftovers. Yes folks, I’m intentionally trying to get leftovers. Skillet Chicken

We make this skillet chicken all the time. This chicken is on rotation because it’s easy to make and it’s so versatile. We keep it simple and only season it with salt and pepper. There are no fancy long lists of ingredients here on purpose because sometimes I’m just not in the mood to deal with that.
