Guys, I’m obsessed with this chicken parmesan. I love chicken parmesan but I’ve never made it. Are you surprised? I know my mom was when I told her this other day. I have made a semi-homemade version using precooked chicken cutlets but I don’t really count that. So here we are with a new recipe, unlike anything you’ve seen before on the blog. Chili season is in full swing and I’ve got a new recipe for you. I don’t use a slow cooker often and by that I mean that we use it for one recipe, pea soup. So I’m trying to use it more for other recipes, which is where this taco chicken chili recipes comes in. The best part about this chili is that you don’t have to touch raw chicken. I’ve been craving cornbread so here we are making my favorite recipe. I originally shared this cornbread recipe back in 2013. Side note, how is it that I’ve been blogging over 7 years?! Anyway.
