Triple Peanut Butter Blondies

The more peanut butter the better, right? I’ve made thick peanut butter blondies and I’ve made peanut butter blondies with chocolate candies.  Both of them are amazing, but these triple peanut butter ones are my favorite, by far.  Yup, I said triple. All three recipes start with the same peanut butter blondie base.  Do you know what that means?  I’ve got a good thing going here.  However, each recipe has its own twist.  The blondie base is so versatile.  I mean, hello, it’s a chewy peanut butter cookie in a bar form.  Nothing about that sucks. Happy Wednesday!  I haven’t shared a non recipe post in a while so I thought I’d mention a random bunch of stuff that I’ve been into lately. Carrot Loaf

How do you like your carrot cake?  This is an ongoing debate that my husband and I have this time every year. Pesto Quinoa with Roasted Vegetables and Chickpeas

Quinoa is like sprinkles.  My husband wholeheartedly disagrees with that statement on the basis of quinoa being gross, and sprinkles not being gross.  I don’t mean how they taste though. Salad Pizza

This meal really should be called “Chicken Caesar Salad on Top of a Warm Naan Bread” but that’s not what my cafeteria at work calls it.
