Homemade Chocolate Chip Pancakes

An oldie but goodie with a chocolate twist.   Weekend breakfast time with my boo is one of my favorite things on earth, mostly because I enjoy his company.  He also usually makes breakfast so of course it’s awesome when someone cooks for you, too.  Regrettably, I was busy taking pictures of today’s post while he was making breakfast (and even the whole time while he was eating it) so our time in the kitchen this time was a bit divided.  (He even washed the dishes which is usually my job… thanks, love!) I shared this pancake recipe with you about two …

Greek Orzo

Is it Spring yet? We got over a foot of snow yesterday and it’s very cold out today.  Yup, this means I’m in hibernation mode with thoughts of warmer weather and flowers.  We haven’t had a bad winter (as far as New England winters go) but I find myself constantly dreaming about things that involve being warmer.  Although, being at a beach means I’d have to wear a bathing suit and the thought of that seriously makes me want to work out twice as long tonight. 10 Easy Avocado Toast Recipes

Bread and avocado.  Who knew that this combo could take over the world?  Well, I might be a little dramatic, but you do see avocado toast (or some variation of it) in restaurants and on social media.  That sort of counts, right?  😉 I’ve been wanting to post an avocado toast recipe because I love it.  That’s what I do, I share things that I love.  However, I can’t bring myself to write a “recipe” that states the obvious.  “To make avocado toast, toast some bread and top it with avocado.  Done.”  I like sharing simple recipes but this is a …

Winter Workout

Working out during Winter can be tough.  There are days that I can’t make it to the gym because it’s snowing or because it’s cold and dark and I have little to no motivation to go back out.  This is my struggle from about November to March.  What’s a girl to do?  Well, I’ve switched up my workout routine a bit. I still workout about 4 to 5 times per week.  Going to the gym is Plan A and working out at home is Plan B.  For me, working out at home means popping in a DVD and following along like I have …
