Flourless Paleo Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies

Guys, I have a chocolate cookie winner here. The other day I said that I won’t get suckered into decorating for Christmas yet.  Although I still love ya if you are already decorating (cough, cough, mom 😉 ).  I always decorate the weekend right after Thanksgiving day and that’s still the plan this year.  I’m having friends over tomorrow and the table is decorated with pine cones, miniature pumpkins, candles, and flowers.  So I’m definitely still embracing all things related to Fall. However, I will admit that I’m already watching Christmas movies.  The Hallmark Channel started their Countdown to Christmas the weekend before Halloween …

Buddha Bowl

What’s a Buddha bowl? A few months ago, my baby sister and I spent the day shopping and we ate at The Granola Bar.  I ordered, what they call, a Buddha bowl.  It’s warm quinoa topped with an egg and a side of sautéed kale and mushrooms, fresh sliced tomatoes, and avocado.  It was fantastically delicious.  Of course the food blogger in me wanted to re-create the meal at home so this recipe is my version of it. Favorite Accessory For Fall

Hands down my favorite accessory for Fall (and Winter) is a scarf. Here are some scarves that I love …

Iced Pumpkin Coffee Cake

And just like that, it’s already November. On November 1st the mall was already decorated for Christmas and some people have already posted pictures on social media that their house is decorated for Christmas.  I have to admit that that totally stresses me out.  It makes me feel like I’m behind on my holiday shopping and decorating.  Does anyone else feel that way?  I’m determined to enjoy these last days of Fall and ignore those early birds (or try to). If you only make one pumpkin goodie this Fall then it must be this coffee cake (excluding pumpkin pie because of …

Oatmeal Latte

I’ve got the perfect breakfast to start your Fall morning. Before I get to the breakfast, let’s talk about the elephant in the room.  I took a little break from blogging.  My husband and I vacationed in Colorado for 10 glorious days and we had an amazing time.  I’m still working on the blog post to share all the deets with you guys and hopefully I’ll have that ready soon. When we got back from vacation I had every intention of jumping right back into blogging but I just wasn’t feeling it.  This is the first time in four years …
