I’ve got the perfect breakfast to start your Fall morning. Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread

It’s officially pumpkin and apple season! I’m starting this Fall season with an oldie but goodie recipe… with a little twist.  A couple of years ago I shared a pumpkin bread recipe with you.  It’s full of those traditional Fall time spices and pumpkin flavor and is simply amazing.  Last year I made pumpkin chocolate chip cookies.  Do you see where I’m going with this?  I needed to make my pumpkin bread with chocolate chips. Stuff I’m Into: Cozy Fall

I can’t believe October is right around the corner.  This is my absolute favorite time of the year. (Sorry if I’ve said that 100 times already. 🙂 )  I thought I’d share with you some ways that I’m getting all cozied up for the season. Cashmere and Suede.  I finally splurged and treated myself to this Charter Club cashmere scarf!  This one can be used as a scarf or a shawl.  I’m pretty sure that I’ll be living in it this Fall and Winter.  I also love a classic pump, especially if it’s suede so these BCBGeneration pumps were a must …

Greek Salad

How do you make a Greek salad? If you ask 10 Greeks how to make a Greek salad you’ll get 10 different recipes.  When my husband and I visited Greece, a Greek salad was considered a plate of feta cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers and maybe olive oil.  If that’s what you’re into then check out my recipe for what I call a genuine Greek salad.  I think at the end of the day, if you have good feta cheese then you can’t go wrong with whatever else you add to the plate. Quebec City Vacation

Hi ya!  I’m back from a mini-vacation.  My husband and I went on a road trip to Quebec City.  This was our third visit to the city.  The first time was in 2011 and the second time was in 2013.  Needless to say, we love it there which is why we keep returning.  We had a blast and of course I’m sharing what we did and giving a list of restaurant recommendations.
