Holy crap, it’s one week until Christmas already! Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie

One giant cookie is always a good idea. Folks, you’ve heard it here first… I’m officially tired of making cookies for the season.  If you follow this blog you probably know why that is.  I’ve made about a bazillion of them in the past couple of months (give or take).  So… yeah…  I’m done.  Or am I really done?  I think baking one ginormous cookie is the exception because it’s like making a brownie.  Technicalities.  😉 I highly recommend using a 9 inch size oven safe skillet for this recipe because the directions are specific to that size.  I had previously tried …

Cheese and beer.  What else do you need in life?  Oh right, and probably bacon.  (There is no bacon here, but there probably should be.) Gingerbread Drop Cookies

It doesn’t feel like Christmas until I’ve had some gingerbread cookies and hot chocolate.  (Not necessarily together but I totally recommend it.) Guys, I’m super duper excited to share these cookies with you!  I have been looking for YEARS for a good gingerbread cookie that doesn’t require a rolling pin and I’ve finally found it!
