Easter Tablescape

Time to set the table for Easter dinner! I don’t have a lot of Easter decorations so I tend to have more of a springtime table with accents of a bunny and Easter egg here and there. The delicate eyelet lace table runner creates a soft backdrop for my tablescape. Table runners can be a good tool to help you get a sense of where things can be placed on the table. I’ve got the munchies and I need a snack! I would love a chocolate chip cookie (or two) right about now and even my husband has been nudging me to make a batch. Happy Spring! Although I wouldn’t know it since there are a few inches of snow out here in the Northeast. Nevertheless, Easter is on its way! Slow Cooker Split Pea Soup

Early last week it started to feel like springtime because we had warmer temperatures and sunny weather but now the temperatures have dipped back down to feel like winter again. What happened?
