I am forever on a quest to be healthy, fit, and skinny. Who isn’t? So I’m always looking for healthy recipes, new exercises, and any other information that will help me succeed in this quest (a lifelong quest it seems).
Even though I search for new ideas, I hold onto the “oldie but goodie” ones. Banana & peanut butter smoothies have been around for a while and there have many variations to the recipe.
I have made the banana & peanut butter smoothie recipe found below so many times that it’s too many to count. If you love bananas then you will love this smoothie because it has great banana taste. The peanut butter adds healthy protein to the smoothie. And this smoothie is filling. Plus, it’s a great recipe for those of us on Weight Watchers because it doesn’t have a lot points. This smoothie is my go-to smoothie on the weekends for breakfast or an afternoon snack.
I’ll be honest, I’ve tried variations of this recipe but I always go back to this one. It’s simple and I always have these ingredients in the house.
Hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do!
