Homemade Ranch Dressing

I’ve made this ranch dressing for buffalo cauliflower sandwiches and bites, buffalo chickpea salad, and lots of other salads that I haven’t shared on the blog. It’s the bomb-digity. Do people still say that or am I dating myself? Anyway, I needed to give this dressing a spotlight of its own because I know I’ll refer to it often from other posts and I figure you might want to have an easy place to go when you just want to make it by itself.

Now I know that you may be thinking that making a salad dressing or condiment is too much work. You’d be right. However, this one is worth it. Trust me.

Homemade Ranch Dressing Recipe
(Makes about 1 cup)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, finely chopped fresh dill, parsley, and chives. Add the onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk everything together until it looks like salad dressing.
