If you know me then you know I’m a kind of obsessed with coffee.  I’m also a huge fan of eggnog so it only made sense that I try to combine both loves into one fabulous iced beverage. This is my home made version of Starbucks’ Eggnog Frappuccino.  However, you don’t need to spend a lot of money on it and you don’t need any fancy syrups.  You only need a few simple ingredients to enjoy this holiday twist on a frappuccino. Who’s rushing around trying to bake and buy gifts for the holidays?  Oh, pick me, pick me!  I have even less time than normal, so dinners must be a quick fix (otherwise we’ll just have cereal, not that there is anything wrong with that).  This pasta and chicken dish is covered in a rich alfredo sauce.  It looks like something right out of a restaurant, but I whipped it up fast in the comfort of my own kitchen. The race is on!  Thanksgiving is done (for those of you who just celebrated it) and it’s a mad dash to the finish line for the winter holidays.  However, I’d like to take this moment to slow down and marvel at what I enjoyed over Thanksgiving, like this awesome pumpkin pie.
