These cookies are unlike any other cookie I’ve made before (and that’s saying a lot since I’ve made tons of different kinds). These Greek olive oil cookies are hard and aren’t especially sweet. Some people will flavor their Greek olive oil cookies with brandy or specialty spices. After years of trial and error I have finally perfected making Greek coffee and I’m sharing all my secrets with you. (But I suppose that means they are not secrets anymore.) For those of you not familiar with Greek coffee, it’s prepared in a little pot with a long handle and pouring spout (called a briki).
