Good morning! I’m doing all sorts of different things today. For one, I’m posting on a Saturday which I don’t normally do. Home for the Holidays

Are you gearing up for the holidays? I’ve been busy baking cookies (tons and tons), but I thought I’d pause for a moment to share what it looks like in our home for Christmas. It’s all about the blues and whites, baby. My home looks quite different since the last time you saw it at Christmas time. After I put those decorations away I had a blank slate to welcome a fresh new look. A few weeks ago I saw the blue and white floral vase (pictured below) at Home Goods and I thought it was beautiful. Christmas starts early in our home. It’s tradition for us to get our tree on the weekend immediately after Thanksgiving. My husband strings the lights on the tree and I decorate it with the ornaments. Don’t you love my husband’s game ornaments next to elegant ones? 😉 It takes me most of the day to decorate the tree. As soon as the weather turns cool and crisp in September I decorate my home to welcome autumn, my favorite time of year. Not only do I love pumpkin goodies like my Pumpkin Bread, I also love to use them as decorations throughout my home. Well, you’ll see. How gorgeous is this antique candelabra?
