We were invited to our neighbor’s luau themed BBQ.   She asked us to bring our favorite appetizer.  I instantly thought of cookies.  That’s an appetizer, right? The first cookie that came to mind to match the luau theme were these Hawaiian tea cookies.  I had never heard of these cookies until my husband told me about them a few years ago.  They are his favorite cookie. Peanut Butter Frosted Brownies

When I was a kid, my school cafeteria sometimes served a peanut butter and chocolate graham cracker square for dessert.  You could only get them on certain days and only if you bought the lunch.  They were so good that I’d specifically buy lunch on those days even if I didn’t like the lunch option.  Ever since that dessert, I’ve been a huge peanut butter and chocolate fan. “Time to make the doughnuts.”  Do you remember that commercial?  Well in this case, it’s time to make mini powdered sugar doughnut muffins! Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Granola Bars

As a kid, granola bars were my go to snack.  The peanut butter chocolate chip ones were my favorite and they still are today.  Since I’ve made Homemade Granola, I’ve been anxious to make homemade granola bars. Eggless Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

What snack first comes to mind when you think of girls’ night junk food party?  For me, it has to include raw cookie dough!  Back in college, I used to buy the pre-made raw chocolate chip cookie dough in a tube.  Mysteriously, that cookie dough would never see the oven.  No idea what happened.
