Sourdough Equipment

Sourdough bread isn’t complicated to make, but part of what makes it easy is having the right tools and supplies for the job. Many of the things in this list are are things that you may already have. There is no need to buy another kitchen scale, for example, if you already have one that you like. Some things in the list are required, but have alternatives that you may already own. I’m going to try to put these in the order you will use them in a typical sourdough bread process. Sourdough Starter – In case you don’t have …

Sourdough – Bread (75% Hydrated)

Hello everyone, it’s Dave. It is my intention to provide sourdough bread recipes that are actually recipes. Fajita Chicken Bake

Winner, winner, chicken dinner.  Sorry, I had to go there. This chicken and rice dish is very easy and quick to put together.  All you need to do is chop up a few veggies, throw everything into a baking dish, and pop it in the oven.  I love one pan recipes because it means that I don’t have to wash a lot of dishes.  It’s the little victories. Not only is this an easy one pan wonder, it tastes really good.  The chicken and veggies are full of fajita flavors.  Think of traditional chicken fajitas, but instead of tortillas there’s …
