If you’re looking for an idea appetizer idea that can also be for dinner then I’ve got the answer for you today. Those little nuggets look like they are chicken but they are not. Say hello to these cauliflower nuggets. They are coated with bread crumbs, panko crumbs, and flour and then baked in the oven. I love a recipe that only requires one pan. Yes, you cook everything in one pan! You know what that means, right? You have less dishes to wash and I’m all for that. I haven’t made meatballs in ages. My husband was surprised to find me in the kitchen cooking meatballs last weekend. It’s not my thing because I’m picky and not usually impressed with the final outcome. (Also, I hate mixing meat with my hands. Blech.)
