Guys, I’ve been totally slacking on posts lately (if you hadn’t noticed). I’ve mentioned a few times recently that I’ve been focused on my workouts. I think I have a good routine going with those at this point. Now I figure it’s time that I buckle down and focus on eating healthier on a more regular basis (i.e. not just on Mondays).
