Hello Monday and hello new smoothie recipe.
By show of virtual hands, are you a smoothie person? I could drink a smoothie every day and be a happy camper. (I could also eat a bagel every day and be in heaven, but I digress.) My husband is not a fan of smoothies. No biggie. Thankfully it’s super easy to whip up a smoothie for one.
I tend to make the same smoothie flavor for a few weeks and then I move on to another one which becomes my new favorite. Lately I’ve been into dairy free smoothies so I came up with this tasty almond coconut one. It’s like an Almond Joy candy bar minus the chocolate. I skipped the chocolate because I figured that a chocolate chip topping would be hard to suck up through a straw. Now thinking back on it, I suppose I could have just used a spoon.
What’s your favorite smoothie flavor? I’m always looking for new ones to try.
