Guys, would you believe that these are the first lemon cookies that I’ve baked? I don’t count the lemon bars (because they’re “bar cookies”). I’m not drawn to lemon desserts, even though I do enjoy them, so I guess they’re just not on my mind. This rice pudding is life changing. I shared a different recipe for rice pudding in 2020, a recipe that I made a few times and loved. My husband was not a fan of that recipe though. If you are looking for the perfect carrot cake but in a little version, then this is it. Last year I shared a recipe for carrot cake, which in its normal size and glory was a huge hit.
