It’s a new year and I’ve got some new things that I’m really loving. Of course I must share them with you. New planner. A new year means a new planner. I can’t resist chocolate, even if it’s for breakfast. Can you? I made double chocolate banana bread topped with peanut butter icing and mini peanut butter cups a couple of years ago. Calling all brunch lovers… I’ve got “the” cocktail recipe for you. Of course I’m talking about a mimosa. It’s part breakfast and part happy hour all combined into one snazzy drink. It’s soup season. You know, cold out and stuff. If you’re suffering from a post holiday food coma and you’re tired of being in the kitchen like I am then this bean soup couldn’t come at a better time. This soup is a great way to get back on track for healthy eating because it’s made of beans and veggies. That’s all healthy stuff all the time. You cook this soup in a slow cooker. It’s almost 2017! Are you going out or staying in for New Year’s eve? Sometimes my husband and I go out for dinner and head home to watch the ball drop in Times Square.
