Happy Saturday, guys! I don’t usually post on the weekends. My social media feeds are full of Thanksgiving food pictures and I’m loving that. I don’t think I can get tired of seeing pictures of all the pies. Mmm pies. It’s been a while since I chatted about my fitness routine and it’s such a big part of my life that I thought I’d share with you what I’ve been up to. What I’m doing: I change my workout routine to keep it interesting, and also based on the season. Back in August I got back to running.
