Chocolate Dipped Fresh Figs

What’s better than fresh and great tasting fruit?  Fresh fruit dipped in chocolate! I had my first fresh fig several years ago right from a tree in Greece and it was a life changing event.  Well, that may be a bit dramatic.  It was when I realized that you don’t have to eat figs when they are dried so I guess you could say it was at least a revelation of sorts. Pomegranate Mojito

Pomegranates are a fun.  Is it weird that I think a fruit is fun?  I feel like I’m eating an exotic fruit.  You know, because anything that’s not an apple or orange is pretty exotic to me. Skillet Pizza

Last week I only had the desire to eat bagels and pizza.  Does anyone else get into a “food mood”?
