My husband and I had oranges in the house and they were about to go bad so I thought I’d try to dry. I’ve never tried to dry fruit before so I turned to the “all knowing” internet. Wine is always present when my husband and I entertain, so we have quite the collection in our wine cellar. I call it a “wine cellar”, but our wine collection is really in a series of racks in a corner of our unfinished basement.
