20 Best Christmas Cookies

It’s Christmas cookie baking season! I’ve made SO many kinds of cookies over the years that it’s honestly getting harder and harder to find new ones that are worth sharing here. Don’t worry, I do have new ones in store, so stay tuned. But this year I thought I’d kick off the cookie fest with a round up of 20 of the best cookies from Tina’s Chic Corner. Think of it as a one stop shop for all your cookie needs. Enjoy!

Chocolate Chip Cookies. These are not exactly “Christmas-y” but they are always the first to go.

Kourabiedes. These are a delicious family favorite that celebrates my Greek heritage.

Gingerbread Men. These are my favorite Christmas cookie and I’ve made them every year ever since my friend shared the recipe with me. I love to make these into personalized cookies for my nieces and nephews by writing their names on them.

Soft Frosted Eggnog Cookies. These are for you eggnog lovers out there.

Peppermint Chip Chocolate Cookies. These are for you peppermint lovers out there.

Chocolate Caramel Shortbread Bars (aka Twix Cookies).  These are a family favorite.

Chocolate Crinkle Cookies. These are the best chocolate cookie ever. Yes, ever.

Flourless Paleo Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies. These are one of the best flourless cookies I’ve ever made.

Christmas Drop Sugar Cookies. These are the most festive looking cookies.

White Chocolate Gingerbread Cookies. If you love gingerbread cookies but don’t want to make cut out cookies, then these are it.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Cup Cookies. Chocolate + peanut butter + more chocolate = heaven

Sugar Cookie Sandwiches with Chocolate Hazelnut. I love anything with Nutella.

Chocolate Crinkle Kiss Cookies. These are chocolate Christmas cookies with more chocolate on top.

Oatmeal Cookies. I included them in this list because my husband loves them, even at Christmas time.

Brownie Cookies. These are brownies but in cookie form.

Italian Ricotta Cookies. These are such a wonderful cookie that celebrates my Italian heritage.

Peanut Butter Blossoms. These are one of my favorite cookies of all time.

Toffee Crackle Cookies. OMG these are buttery and sugary delicious.

Almond Biscotti. These with coffee are a match made in heaven. Traditionally made with my sister.

Snickerdoodles. If cookies were the nifty pictures on a calendar, the snickerdoodle would represent one of the Fall months but I also think they are a great addition to a Christmas cookie box.
