Hosting A Brunch

I love hosting a brunch because you can serve breakfast, lunch, or a combination of both.  I prefer serving both plus a little something sweet.  (No menu is complete without dessert of course!)  With Easter and Mother’s Day (aka brunch holidays, maybe it’s a Spring thing?) right around the corner I thought that I’d share some of my favorite recipes that I’ve served at bunches of brunches that I’ve hosted in the past. Chocolate Tort
