Christmas 2025

I usually share recipes here at Tina’s Chic Corner, but during the holidays I also love giving you a peek inside my home. It’s a fun way to document the season for myself while sharing a little inspiration with you (if you’re looking for it).

In our living room, I don’t usually decorate this space because we’re rarely in here, but this year I felt inspired to add some holiday cheer, and I’m so glad I did. Even if we don’t use this room, it’s lovely to see it walking by.

I combined my love of heirloom pieces with a few festive touches to create a warm and welcoming room.

I love having a theme for the tree in our kitchen. Last year, I went with nature and neutrals. This year, I wanted lots of classic holiday colors, and I adore how vibrant and festive it turned out.

In the family room, I focused on greenery with pops of red and green, cozy textures from blankets and pillows, and a mix of silver, gold, and wood accents for variety. It feels festive yet comfortable, just the way I like it.

I’m excited about these old books that I bought at a library book sale in Kent, CT this past Fall so I knew they had to part of this year’s holiday vignette in this corner.

This nook is the perfect spot to cuddle up with a hot chocolate and a good book. That’s where you’ll find me during Christmas vacation.

The family room is the heart of our home, and it’s where our live Christmas tree stands tall. She is 9 feet of holiday magic. She’s the most perfectly shaped tree we’ve ever had. This was the first year that we bought our tree from a farm. We (and by we, I mean my husband) even cut it down with an old fashioned saw! In fact, I briefly considered leaving off the ornaments because she’s so wonderful as is. It would have saved me time with the de-decorating, but as you can see, I ultimately decided to add them. We alternate light colors each season. This year, it’s white lights (meaning it’s my turn for my favorite!).

I hope you enjoyed this little holiday home tour. Which space is your favorite? Wishing you a joyful and cozy holiday season!
